Denise Lagace

Trainer and support in health services graduated. She works with a privileged clientele: Anyone needing to develop or maintain their fine or gross motor skills; intellectual and physical disabilities, physical disabilities, elderly people, etc., in hospital settings, CHSLDs, and private residences.

 

Denise joins the team at the Ecurie Shamanica Wellness Centre for clients in need of her specialized services. On the premises of Stable Shamanica, accompanied by her mare Kaisy, she welcomes you.


 

Marie-Eve Paquette Sexologist
She holds a bachelor's degree in sexology from the University of Quebec in Montreal since 2012 and a DEC in special education since 2002 (Cégep Marie-Victorin).

She also trained in Sexocorporel at the Académie du Sexocorporel Desjardins.inc. Member of OPSQ (permit 201809-047) and specialized educator.

She is also trained in zootherapy with Zoothérapie Québec
Marie-Ève joins the team at the Ecurie Shamanica Wellness Centre in need of her specialized services.

On the premises of Ecurie Shamanica accompanied by her mare Daisy or in private practice.

Hélène combines the corporate side having held sales and responsible positions in the world of medical representation and a fascination for people and what motivates them.
Hélène is passionate about discovering what defines each individual and how to access the inner power that allows you to express the best of yourself.
She wants to get you to be behind the wheel of your life. Help you regain your personal power to achieve your goals and navigate life transitions more easily.

What is pet therapy?

Pet therapy is a technique designed to stimulate humans by using the beneficial effects of the relationship between humans and animals.

 

Definition: Activity where a client, an animal and a pet therapy worker come into contact. The goal of the animal therapy practitioner is to maintain or improve physical, social, mental and motor capacities. Pet therapy is a complete stimulation technique.

 

Definition of the practitioner in pet therapy: A person who has a basic graduate training in the educational, social, health or other field and who has made a graduate specialization in animal therapy.
